Group Religious Freedom: A Workshop at the University of Oxford

Centre for Law and Religious Freedom at Jagiellonian University and the Harvard Law School Religious Freedom Clinic are coorganizing a workshop on Group Religious Freedom.

State of Religious Freedom Conference 2025

From Tuesday, June 10, to Friday, June 13, 2025, took place the State of Religious Freedom Conference coorganized by Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in partnership with the Centre for Law and Religious Freedom at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, Ken Starr Institute for Faith, Law, and Public Service and the Herbert and Elinor Nootbaar Institute on Law, Religion, and Ethics with additional support from Founders’ First Freedom. The event was held at the Pepperdine University’s Château d’Hauteville campus in Switzerland and brought together leading legal scholars, practitioners, judges, and thought leaders from around the world to explore timely issues at the intersection of law, religious liberty, and public life.

Certificate Ceremony 2025

On April 26, 2025, Clinical Students received their certificates for successful completion of the the First Clinical Program at the Centre for Law and Religious Freedom. The 9 alumni was symbolically honored at this first Certificate Ceremony.

Jehovah’s Witnesses v. State of Norway: Letter to the Court

The first joint letter of the Centre for Law and Religious Freedom at Jagiellonian University and the Religious Freedom Clinic at Harvard Law School, submitted directly to the court in the Norwegian religious freedom case.
