Research and Clinic
Religious freedom has obtained an increasingly high profile in the courts, the media, and public awareness. In order to keep pace this Centre takes twofold approach. First, it fosters the research and the study of law and religious freedom through comparing transatlantic approaches. Secondly, it is taking the first step in Europe to join the innovative rise of religious freedom legal clinics that allow law students to experience religious freedom litigation in both European and American courts by preparing and filing amicus briefs in cases of religious freedom importance.
